"I went to New Zealand to study English in the good company of my son where we spent 02 months enjoying this wonderful country. I could find a lot of good things. I found that whatever available time you have to stay there, you will always have the feeling of "being too little time." There are many beautiful places to see, many wonderful things to do in an environment highly conserved where you feel completely safe on the roads, streets. You also are very well treated by all citizens Kiwis and Maoris. The hospitality is outstanding and you feel like home. We met NZEGA’s team who helped us with a great travel program. After the conclusion of our course, they sent us to Fiji Islands where we had break from the cold in a paradise, tropical climate and beaches. Oh, we did not have the company of our beautiful women from Bahia, but anyway. Thanks Mary and Camila"- Aug/10

New Zealand is for those who appreciate and respect nature, since the nature there reigns. I learnt about NZEGA’s team through the website. That was the "push" I needed to give me security to travel despite of not speaking English. I arrived in Auckland and went down to South Island and on the route were caves full of "stars", with geysers and craters parks - anything I've seen is comparable to or describable. Then, in the South Island with a friend, we drove 1.200km. Lakes, mountains, beaches. It was like diving into my collection of photographs from National Geographic. NZEGA also helped us with visa and itinerary to go to Australia where I spotted a kangaroo loose in the landscape. Thank God, Mary (NZEGA) and John". July/2010

“After 12 years without ever taking a vacation in my stressful life, I spent 15 days in Peru, Macchu Picchu. Back then, I realized I had to live my life and decided to go to New Zealand. Thanks to tips and information from Mary about the Working Holiday Visa scheme, I was one of the first 300 Brazilians to get the visa. I studied English course in Christchurch with everything organized by NZEGA which afterwards helped me to organize my trip across the south island for 20 days by car. Now I know how good it is realizing dreams, especially when we have the help of people like Mary and NZEGA’ staffs. If you are thinking about coming to New Zealand, stop thinking and do it!” June/2010

"Study English abroad was one of my greatest dreams. I have researched places to travel and improve my English language and at the same time to have great adventures and experiences. That's when I discovered NZEGA. I arrived in Christchurch in March 2010. I was very well received by Mary and Camilla. My hostfamily helped me a lot with English skills as well as showing the New Zealand culture. I am currently studying at New Zealand Language Centre and I can say that the school has given me a wonderful time. When you come to New Zealand be sure to do Skydiving in Queestown. It's a feeling of complete freedom and the spectacular nature is priceless. I also went to Franz Josef to walk on the glaciers. You want to kneel down and thank God for all this nature. Living abroad is not only learning another language, meet new people and new culture, but personally grow mature. These are some reasons you should put yourself in the road and come to NZ ". April/10

"Fantastic. This is the most appropriate word to describe New Zealand, a country with parameters of the first world, welcoming all races, creeds and customs. If you want adventure, you have here. If you want peace, you have here. If you want beauty, you have here too. I was studying engineering back in my country, but without many plans for the future. Suddenly I had the opportunity to do cultural exchange in Auckland and learn English at Kaplan Colleges. I chose NZEGA to be my tutor. It was the first time I got off Brazil and was not aware of any steps that would face. Learning English was my greatest goal, but soon I realized I learnt other important things in my life. I saw no other Brazilians with the same support that I had after leaving Brazil. I am very happy here. Now I live with a Mexican, an Englishman, a Kiwi and Korean. This cultural exchange is great and important for learning the new language"

"I decided I would leave everything in Brazil to make the trip of my dreams: New Zealand. I had a wonderful time in Auckland, I met beautiful places, but at the end of my English course, I still felt I should continue studying. It was then that I started looking for Business English and found CCEL - an excellent English school in Christchurch, located in the University of Canterbury campus. Everything was perfect, when I discovered that I couldn’t continue studying with my tourist visa. I would need a student permit to stay. Then NZEGA came into my life. Mary took me in and did everything possible and impossible so that I could get my visa student and helped me with documentation, payments, and place to live. Mary also helped me with tips on places to see, best backpackers to stay and where to go. With all this, I studied Business English and travelled for 28 days across the country. I can say that NZEGA was really my base in Christchurch, a place that I felt welcomed. Living abroad is not just learning a new language. It's not just walking through the streets or meet different people and cultures. It's to see a world of possibilities ahead of you”

"When I had the idea of studying English overseas I have researched various countries and places, pros and cons. Cold? Hot? I was confused until I fell in love at a distance with New Zealand by internet. As soon I decided the place to go, it was time to make quotes with the agencies and see which one offered me the best option, when I discovered the NZEGA’s website. From there I was always very well attended by Mary who responded accurately all questions from first-timer like me. While still in Brazil, Mary helped me with Working Holiday Visa application. I arrived in Christchurch in Jan/09, studied English for three months at GEOS, a great school with excellent teaching. I'm already working and very happy. NZEGA still gives me all support I need" Jan/09

"What to talk about the most incredible experience of my life? Well, Mary from NZEGA was fundamental for my trip. I travelled about 5000 kilometres by car - the two islands in just one month and a half. I did skydiving from 15,000 feet, jumped 3 bungee jump in Queenstown, did rafting in a cave that glows, I walked in the Franz Josef glacier, I kayak in the most beautiful beaches, rolled down a hill inside a giant plastic ball and other activities of pure adrenaline! I did the class during the week and trips when I was off. I had to make the most out of it and for that the program had to be perfect, no chance for error and unforeseen events. With Mary’s help I could do everything and a little more than planned. She gave me the tips of the best places, best rides, the best way to make the trip, chewed almost everything for me. So to summarize, I want to thank Mary and all the staffs for the affection and attention they gave me. Wish the best for you Mary, very successful with NZEGA because you deserve it! And congratulations for being such a woman full of energy, very competent and passionate about you do. Thank you for having given me the most fantastic moments of my life! Wait my turn! With love from your client and friend Carolina Kayser Guelfi"

“I hope my testimony can help mothers / parents who would like to send their children to New Zealand and somehow feel insecure and afraid. That happened to me when my daughter aged 19, who finished her first year of pharmacy. A lawyer in New Zealand indicated Mary Rocha from NZEGA. The attention, patience and guidance that we had been dispensed in the smallest detail has been giving us so much security, we had no doubts. In two months my daughter flew to NZ, already enrolled in an excellent school and with Working Holiday Visa - organized by NZEGA. At the airport in Christchurch our dear Mary was there to welcome Anna and personally lead the homestay where she was received with great affection by the family. At first I was very concerned because after all it was just a little shy and delicate girl. But today I can say with certain that every day I am more surprised with the evolution of her language and the maturity gained. To my even bigger surprise, my daughter consulted us and decided to extend their stay in NZ until the end of the visa and is working. As a mother, I recommend NZEGA who hosted and guided my daughter in all her difficulties".

"I travelled for seven days in Fiji and visited two islands. I was by myself so I decided to stay in hostels, where I made many friends and spent little. I arrived in Nadi with rain and I was in Aquarius - a small hotel very organized. The sunset was wonderful, I never saw the sky so red! The next day I went to Waya Lailai. We were greeted with music and a delicious lunch. The place is very rustic and there wasn’t a shower with hot water, yet I have not missed because it was very hot. There are many activities at the hotel: beach volleyball, snorkelling with sharks, walking, special dinner Kava Ceremony and presentation of traditional dances. I dived with sharks babies and played volleyball. What a delight, the cold rain and the warm sea! I met many people, mostly Europeans and practiced my English language at all times. It was simply PERFECT!”

"Hello, I came from Japan to Queenstown to study English and relax. I loved. The city is particularly beautiful and I found the people very kind. Many Brazilians come here to seek work. I purchased a program for 6 months with NZEGA that helped me a lot. Thanks everyone, especially you Mary. PS: I intend to return next year and perhaps to stay. Good luck to all"

"I always dreamed of having an Overseas Experience and studying abroad, but never got it. One day I contacted Mary to check out about studies + backpacking in New Zealand and she told me of the wonders of each city. I ended up swapping the study by backpack and New Zealand and decided to travel with Magic Bus. I think I learned more English than if you were in school, because my contact was purely with Germans, Americans, and mainly British. The country is really wonderful and there are no city that I have not liked and not a penny I feel sorry to spend. This country is STRONGLY recommended. "

"Hey guys! I am “gaucha” from Brazil, 32 years old and I have been living in New Zealand for 1 year. Being here is a big challenge because it did not speak English, but still managed to work in the farm. It was very difficult. In June though I prioritize projects in my life: to learn English. That's when I learn about NZEGA when I was looking for a school. After a great customer service, I decided to study for 6 months. Ever since I started working in two jobs to save in order to pay for my travel and accommodation. Knowledge is the greatest gift you can give. And it is eternal. At the end of 2009 I organized my first trip with Mary’s help travelling through Lake Tekapo, Wanaka, Queenstown, Milford Sound, Dunedin and Oamaru. It was sensational. I cannot describe such beauty ". Dez/2008

"I always had the idea of studying English overseas. After some research I decided by New Zealand, this hidden paradise on the other side of the world. Then I learnt about NZEGA, and after the VIP service I received, I decided to come. The family that stayed in Auckland and also the school team from Auckland Wise Institute was great. All received me very well and helped me in everything I needed. New Zealand is really a beautiful country, the amount of green and natural beauty here is amazing. "
Denise Escovino - 45 - BRAZIL
Have you ever stopped to imagine how it would be the paradise? I have. And my paradise is New Zealand! The first impression you have as you arrive in Christchurch Airport is: God decided to distribute beauty here and has forgot to stop. The place, people, the climate – all conspire to the definition: Paradise is here! Many people say: Rio de Janeiro in Brazil is beautiful, but the violence...or the cosmopolitan city of Sao Paulo is a fantastic city, but the traffic ... etc. New Zealand is wonderful! Period! The landscape, every curve, the rivers, mountains, everything seems to have been taken from a book of fairy tales and transported to the New Zealand landscape. A large postcard that newzealanders (known as kiwis) put in life with such sympathy, The idea of NZEGA’s staff to organize a short tour in my short period of time through South Island was brilliant. Everything was worth it. Now I can understand why so many immigrants don’t come back to their original country once they visit New Zealand.
Marcos da Silva - 35 - BRAZIL
To have met NZEGA´s team was sensational. I had all the guidelines and everything happened as I wanted. New Zealand is simply fantastic. The entertainment and leisure options are endless. I met people from around the world where I have been. I strongly recommend to visit this beautiful country with friendly and hospitable people. I can say without doubt that was the best journey done in my life.

The Worlwide School in Auckland was beyond my expectations. The courses level as well as the staff are just wonderful.

Julieta Yanez - 30 - CHILE
At King´s Education, I studied General English Course in the afternoons because of my morning job. The school offers very cozy atmosphere and the teachers are really helpful with students in case of doubts. Physically is separated by English level, however on the break there were recreational activities for everyone to join together. English school is undoubtedly the best way to learn and have a better communication in English.
Victor Ruiz - 23 - SPAIN
It was the first time that I left my country to learn English and has been one of the best experiences I've had in my life. The teachers from CCEL were very well prepared and nice. The school hours were well distributed, very fun and you really want to learn. The school program mix with enjoyable activities, some are even free. Sonoda Student Apartament is very close to the school (2 minutes walking) and you are very well attended by all staff. In summary, I recommend to everybody who wants to enjoy an unforgettable journey.

"Travelling to New Zealand was a dream for us. We wanted to study English and do a cultural exchange. We have begun searching for agencies with recognition on the market, when we found NZEGA. From the first contact and enquiries about prices to questions regarding the country and schools in English, NZEGA was committed full time. When we arrived in Christchurch, NZEGA hosted us in the airport, which made us more confident with our stay. Any and all information necessary to everyday life, travel and study NZEGA can provide. Today we are still in New Zealand and have NZEGA as reference and ally. NZEGA, Thank you."

How appropriate was to meet Mary from NZEGA! I thank for her support during my 7 months in New Zealand. Her guidance on planning trips, reservation of hotels and transportation allowed full satisfaction in this period. The more important fact was the friendship developed which become an extra positive point in relation to the services provided. I will be back in September. I count on you!

"Hello my name is Haru, I am 30 years and being in NZ is a great achievement as it was an old dream. I lived for 13 years in Japan and confess that I was getting mad with the monotony of the work routine. Always wanted to make my life different but I lacked courage. Until I find NZEGA and talk to Mary. She helped me with English school, homestay and procedures for domestic flights. I had wonderful moments in the school as well as with my hostmother who have adopted me. They are lovely people, comprehensive, patient and helped me even with homework. I had opportunity to meet people from several countries. Finally, the fear is a shared sense of the human being, however who do not try, don´t go further. "
Adriana Tsuzaki - 38 - BRAZIL
The only thing I knew about New Zealand was regarding the Lord of the Rings movie´s set. Living temporarily in Melbourne, I decided to spend a holiday in NZ and get to know the country. As being summer, there was not so much snow, but the scenery is magnificent, truly majestic. The climate was unpredictable though. Other than that, absolutely beautiful! Mary has organized my entire tour, from my preferences, because I had little time and I can tell that was the most intense 10 days of my life. There are things to see and do in the middle of nature, and several options depending on the hunger for adrenaline. And having someone who understands the options as NZEGA is perfect as we don´t need to worry which tour company is better - because there are always several options for each attraction. Prepare the heart and camera, because the fun is guaranteed.

Getting to another country is not easy. But becomes simple when we find who can really help us. It was throught NZEGA´s advices I could conquer my temporary job in New Zealand. Mary also gave me guidelines and tips for travelling and only those who know the country can offer. In addition, of course, the love and responsiveness in service, capable of doing any traveler feel home.

If you want to have a good holiday with people and exotic places and improve your English, New Zealand has all that and more. NZEGA helped me a lot with diverse possible information: English schools, sights, travel and accommodation. I am very grateful to Mary. I heard about NZEGA through Brazilian friends after arrived in NZ, but today I think why I did not know before. I came from Brazil with a month of travel and homestay paid, but not had much success because the school had many Brazilians (and I was always talkin portuguese) and the teachers were not as qualified. Then through the NZEGA, I changed school and today I am very happy because my English is improving very quickly. The school has trained teachers, with a good pronunciation. People are very receptive and I can practice my English all the time...
