MARY ROCHA (Owner Director) is Brazilian from Sao Paulo, graduated in Advertising and Publishing in Brazil. Her first experience abroad was to track 800km through the north of Spain in St. James track. She discovered then the enjoyment in being with other cultures and decided to go to South Africa to travel and study English, living in the country for one year. Then New Zealand was the next step. Mary has traveled extensively in Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, Europe, China, Australia and New Zealand, where she began her career as a travel agent and later had founded NZEGA Limited in order to provide a more personalized service regarding travel and education. Currently she is also a Counselor representing Latin America at CCEL English School in partnership with University of Canterbury in Christchurch.
MARLON RUTHARDT (Director) is a German from Stuttgart, who has completed the qualification in construction industry in Germany. He decided to travel around the world after the studies and South Africa was the first stop, where he lived for 13 months and met Mary and travelled together to New Zealand. Marlon has traveled extensively in Europe, Brazil, South Africa, China, Morocco, Australia and New Zealand working with construction and part time at NZEGA, where he is the shareholder. Marlon is also responsible for prospecting clients for the German and Swiss market.
DARYLE FANTHAM (Accountant) is from New Zealand, who has completed his qualification, Diploma in Accounting from the Canterbury University in Christchurch. He has been working with accountancy for over 20 years and has been fundamental to NZEGA Limited. He is the company mentor regarding important advices about laws and taxes in New Zealand and is responsible for NZEGA´s accounts. Daryle has traveled extensively through Europe, Australia and New Zealand and is always among the South Americans, trying to pick up the quick pass of samba or salsa dances.
CAMILA XAVIER (Education and Travel Advisor) is Brazilian from Sao Paulo, graduated in Advertising and Publishing in Brazil. She worked for many years as a consultant and events producer. In 2008, Camila has decided to travel and study English language and searching on the internet, she fell in love at a distance with New Zealand. She arrived in Christchurch in early 2009 as a NZEGA's client, studied for three months and soon after began working. Camilla believes that a trip, whether for tourism or study has the power to transform people and the travel overseas experience is priceless!
GEOFF CHAPMAN is from New Zealand, specialized in accounting. Geoff takes care of GST Returns and income tax.
